Connecting the CreepyGram Dots - THE MANGLECRAW MENAGERIE

 

    Not all of the CreepyGrams were self-contained stories. Many were appended or continuances to other tales that may have slipped by the occasional reader. In that respect, the purpose of this blog post is to link those pieces of connective tissue to resemble a somewhat larger body. 

    Case in point is the following. These stories meld together in a strange, sometimes grisly fashion. Read them in the suggested order for an entirely new perspective from the realms of the unknown. 

THE MANGLECRAW MENAGERIE

A Manglecraw is a terrible beastie, though perhaps not so tall in stature. There were two absolutely true tales of terror that featured this original monster in The CreepyGram Chronicles. Both stories had somewhat unexpected outcomes.

The first appearance of the creature was in the times of the gaslight and stagecoach. A family reunion holds a terrible secret. Cousin Teddy comes face to face with the monstrous legacy in The Guest Room.

Many decades later, the monster proves it is still around. It has fallen on harder times, though, and no longer resides in a mansion but an apartment complex in the boiler room. A young boy soon discovers the creature in Bigger Fish To Fry.
