This week – STARGAZING

The night sky gleamed with stars, a vast canvas above him. Mark lay on his back, stargazing, and unaware of the horrors lurking beyond the shimmering celestial veil. As he admired the constellations, a strange pulse caught his attention. The stars flickered unnaturally. Suddenly, a blinding light descended, engulfing him. He awoke in a cold, sterile chamber, restrained by unseen forces. Malevolent misshapen aliens surrounded him, their grotesque forms leering. Unearthly whispers echoed in his mind as they probed his thoughts, harvesting his deepest fears. The inky vast abyss swallowed Mark’s screams, forever lost among the stars he once admired.
