This week – SILENT, BUT DEADLY

    Most monsters feared the light, but not the Silent Specter. This otherworldly being, unseen by the human eye, stalks by silence.

    When the house had hushed, and the child slept soundly. Only then did the Specter emerge from behind a noisy curtain. It loathed the slightest creak, the faintest rustle. It only stalked by silence.

    One night, the child sensed its presence. Fearing the quiet, they hummed a lullaby. The Specter shrieked, recoiling from the melody. From that moment on, the child's voice became their shield—a symphony of protection in the stillness - much to the chagrin of her parents.
